Would it be possible for me to extract some information from the Call Manager on a particular extension/number. What I am looking for is as follows:
- No. of calls on a daily basis(This I will get it from the CDR)
- No. of calls waiting
- No. of calls lost
Is there any possibility of getting this information from the call manager ?
I need to collect these information from an extension which is very important for my customer's business .
