softkey features not working on inter-site calls

Hi,

softkey features are not working on external calls. Features like call transfer, hold, conference etc. They are working on internal calls. The calls are from other sites which have their own CMEs and over the SIP trunk directly to this site. The gateway is same in all scenarios, which is a H323 gateway.

I am not sure if I have changed any service/enterprise parameter which has forced it to stop. Any pointers as what can cause it will be great.

Make sure MTP required is configured and MTP is available for the trunks via a MRGL

Hi Java,

Thanks a lot for your reply. MRGL is configured on the phones and on the GW. I have setup a H323 GW and all the route pattern are pointed towards that GW.

Any other suggestions would be great.
