What is the best VPN for my company?

We have 7 locations that have 10 to 20 people each that connect back to our main office through hardware VPNs.  We also have at any given time around 5 to 10 software VPN users.  What would the best VPN for us be?  What would the most economical VPN be?  Any help would be appreciated.

Short answer "it depends" :-)

Long answer if it's just termination of IPsec VPN (no DMVPN, on fancy routing), ASA 5510/5520 should be what you need depending on bandwidth requirements/cap.
