3 Servers upgrade from 5.X to 7.X

Hi,

Please assist me to upgrade the CUCM from 5.x to 7.x in which I have 2 Subscriber and 1 Publisher.

Please let me know the process which server should I upgrade 1st and followed by others.

Install the upgrade patch on PUB, then SUB1 and finally SUB2.

Once it's installed then you switch versions on PUB, wait until it fully comes up and switch SUB1, wait until it fully comes up and the switch SUB2

Thank you for the steps, however, is there any documention of how to upgrade the servers in a Cluster.
