CiscoWorks LMS Question

Curious if individual access points are included in the total device count when purchasing LMS? Below is the equipment on site. I am thinking the APs are not included. Please advise.

I am thinking I would quote CWLMS-3.2-300-K9 with SAS coverage.

Lightweight Access Points would probably not since CiscoWorks would really be managing the WLC or WLSE and not the APs themsleves.
