Getting "???" instead of "Your current options" on 7965

Instead of the "Your current options" on a 7965 phone i'm getting "???".

The phone is using Extension Mobility and the user is logged in and able to recieve calls via UCCX and just by CUCM as well.

I'm guessing it's not seeing a URL on the CUCM, but no idea why it's not refreshing.

Anyone know what to look at next?

Hi,

Could be a Firmware issue. I had similar issue before. Upgrading the firmware on the phone seem to have fixed my issue.

Try loading a new firmware on the phone and see if it helps.
