Command frame-relay traffic-shaping in router 7609 Version 12.2(33)SRC

I have router 7609  Version 12.2(33)SRC, but when i try to execute de command:

interface Serial3/0/0

frame-relay traffic-shaping

i can´t execute.

This version don´t support that command?

Frame Relay traffic shaping (FRTS), ISDN, Frame Relay switching, Layer 2 Tunneling Protocol (L2TP), Layer 2 Forwarding (L2F), Point-to-Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP)
