Recover Blank Cisco IP Phone

Unanswered Question

I have a CP-7906G IP Phone.

I have hard resetted the IP Phone with this boot up sequence command

hold # 123456789*0#

I have also done a another settings which I think it's a factory default settings.

hold # 3491672850*#

After doing the second boot up sequence, my IP Phone screen went blank and I can't seem to do anything at all.

Please help me what I should do from here to load a working SCCP or SIP firmware.

Hello,

The second sequence makes the phone take longer to start working again. It's normal to see the phone like dead. Make sure the phone have access to DHCP and TFTP. You can use wireshark to see what's going on with your phone and troubleshoot if necessary.
