Contact center call status on IP phone

HI there,

I have an query i am quote UCCX 8.0 to a client unfortunately client doesn’t want to give PC s to agents  and they want to display calls statics on agent phone . just like on CAD Please let me know the possibilities.

I have this problem too.

No PCs hmmm....? Unusual...

You may use the IPPA (IP Phone Agent) option; it's a basic phone-based agent application that allows management of login/ready state, and can basic stats on the handset.
