NAT Error Msg: %Port 49000 is being used by system 49000

I am trying to create a static source nat on a Cisco ME-6524 running 12.2(33)SXH5, but get the following error message:

     %Port 49000 is being used by system min49000

Does anyone know what this is/means and how I can resolve/workaround it?

did you try command : #clear ip nat translation *

then try to creat static nat
