7925G won't associate with LAP521G (UC520/WLC526)

Hey guys,

I have a UC520 with two AIR-LAP521G access points controlled by a WLC526. I have two ssids created on the WLC526, one ssid pointed to the data vlan (1) and a voice ssid pointed to the voice vlan (100).

Devices associate fine to the data vlan.

However, I have a 7925G wireless phone that I cannot get to associate to the voice ssid.

I have configured the voice ssid in CCA as follows:

WLAN type: Voice

SSID: StVoice

Broadcast in Beacon is checked

VLAN: 100

Security Type: WPA2-PSK

Encryption: aes

WPA Pre-shared key is set.

Voice CAC Type: (I have tried both options: Wireless Multimedia Policy and 7920 CAC)

I have confirmed that the voice vlan also exists under Switching > VLANs on all devices. I also confirmed that the WLC526 port is configured for trunking:

interface FastEthernet0/1/7

switchport mode trunk

macro description cisco-wireless

spanning-tree portfast

What am I missing?

I have this problem too.

I'm not sure if these have a option for World-Mode. Try that if they do.

Could you please post the entire config, removing passwords.
