CUCIMOC - no call window

Running CUCIMOC 7.1.4 with CUCM 8.0.2 and OCS 2007 R2.

Everything is working pretty fine on my Windows 7 domain computer, but on my Window Vista non-domain computer I don't get a call window.  I can place calls and receive calls, but there is no call control window that is supposed to pop up.

I've tried reinstalling, rebooting, etc., but to no avail.  Did a search and haven't seen anyone else having this problem.  The other difference between the 2 computers is on Windows 7 I edited the registry via GPO.  On the non-domain computer I had to use the batch file.  They should be the same.

Any ideas?
