Some PoE ports don't work on Cisco Catalyst 3560

My problem is the following.

A switch Cisco Catalyst 3560 of one of our customers, model WS-C3560G-24PS-S, have three ports (3, 4 and 6) that don't give PoE. The other ports work fine.

I've reviewed power inline parameters, and where I run debug of power inline events, at the connect IP Phone the ports don't show neither activity, but if I connect the IP Phone to a port other than 3,4 or 6 ports, this power on.

I'm attaching de show tech of this switch.

Looking at your config ports 3,4 and 6 are configured just as any other port.  This looks as to be a hardware issue.  I would open a ticket with TAC and RMA the device.
