Voip phones are not working

Hi Experts,

I have configured one data vlan 66 & voice vlan 69 . These two vlans are leared in switch1 & switch2. Switch 1 & switch2 are POE access switches. Pc & Voip phone connected in switch 1 are working fine . But voip phone connected in switch2 is not working , Voip phones are not getting power.

Hi,

Can you post the configs from both switches?

Also, are they the same model switches and run the same IOS?

Hello,

Can you check to see if the Voice VLAN is allowed across the trunk between

the two switches? Also, if you are not getting any power, please check "show

power inline" and see if there is an issue with power delivery from the

switch side.
