Cisco HUM 1.2.0 - Unable to access Report Browser

When I create a custom/poller report, I am not able to access the report browser and the

Internet Explorer progress bar moves very slowly.

Please assist.


I have this problem too.

Depending on the number of jobs on the system, the report browser can take a very long time to load.  This is a known issue, and is being addressed in LMS 4.0 due out next month.  If you reduce the number of jobs on the system (e.g. go to Common Services > Server > Admin > Job Browser) and delete some of the old completed jobs, the time it takes for the HUM report browser to launch will be less.
