Usernames for ISDN Configuration -- gets deleted Cisco 3745

We have Aggregation Routers Cisco 3745 with CE1/PR1 Cards installed and configured

The Dialers used for ISDN configuration have been configured and ISDN from Access Loctaions are dialing towards Aggregation

We have observed that whenever the Router is rebooted , the usernames configured for ISDN are missing from the running configuration and as such ISDN doesnot work unless and untill all usernames are configured back

The problem is that we have around 150 ISDN links and it becomes tedious and cubersome to add usernames again and again

I would like to know whether there is some bug is IOS which washes off only usernames from configs ( although configs have been saved using write command)

Of course there can be some bug like thta, you should contact the TAC on this matter,
