Missed Calls Date in CDR

sharpgate

Hi,

We need to generate a missed calls report from CCM 4.2

CDR flags are enabled and "Log Calls with Zero Duration" flag is also enabled.

The problem is that all missed calls are logged in the CDR with a Date of "0". The "dateTimeConnect" is always Zero.

This way, it is not possible to get the date and time of individual missed calls.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Surely you would expect 'datetimeconnect' to be 0, as there was no connection?

There are other fields - if I recall correctly there's a 'datetimeorigination' that will probably be non-zero.
