For others, Sub, Unity, Presence, etc. Which one should I use as time server?

Thanks.

Within a CUCM cluster, the Subscribers always recover clock from the Publisher.  Unity (i.e., Windows version) doesn't typically require NTP configuration as it participates in the AD domain membership.  CUPS and other servers (like a Unity Connection server) can sync NTP from the HQ router as well.

I wouldn't configure Cisco appliance as an authoritative NTP server.

If you have Windows servers, you can configure them to be an authoritative NTP server.

You can certainly do that...not a bad idea.  However, you can (if you need to) use a router as an NTP source.  It's probably better than relying on the hardware clock of each different app server.  The ideal solution is probably a dedicated NTP server such as Symmetricon.
