CIM 4.3.1: how to create 1 more partition

Dear all,

I want to know how to create one more partition. Document say to run the setup file and check for Partition to create one more. But I can not see for this option. Can anyone help me on that? Do I need to have a license for new partition?

With the Basic licence you are not allowed to have more than 1 Department.

With the Advanced licence you can create other Departments (be careful - once a Department is created, it cannot be deleted). With either licence, you cannot create a new Partition.

I believe a standard eGain solution allows extra Partitions, but not so with the OEM solution from Cisco.

Why do you need another Partition? Departments give you what you normally need,
