Hide calling number only certain phone

My customer has Call Manager 7.1 and he asked me if is possibile (for external inbound call) hide the calling number only for certain user.

Example:

I call 012345 and he can see my number.

I call 154321 and he can see my number

Behavior hoped:

I call 012345 and he can see my number.

I call 154321 and he cannot see my number

You can use a calling party transformation pattern and set the CLID to restricted
