CUE GUI authentication failure - Version 7.1.3

About a month ago, I upgraded a UC520 system using the 8.0.2 pack.  After doing this, cli access and configuration assistant access was working fine, but the CUE GUI at https://10.1.10.1/Web/Common/Login.do was no longer working.  I ended up finding that the ip http path was incorrect and changed it to:

ip http path flash:/gui

After doing so, I was able to login. That was a couple weeks ago...Now I am trying to get back in and am getting authentication failures using the same credentials I use to access the box via CLI and CNA.  I've attached my config.

Any ideas?

Brian

Hi There,

A silly question here, but have you tried the default "cisco" - "cisco" login for user/pass ?

What can happen after an upgrade is that the username and password gets defaulted, but you can also retain the one you created as well but it may loose admin rights or access rights (Only ever seen this once but it has happened), if you can log in with default credentials you can then fix up the user/pass you created last time.

Just a thought.

Cheers,

David.
