Answered Question

Hi Everyone

I Cant make a conference call when two partys are from PSTN ...... I can make a conference call between three party when all the there parties are registered to cucm (ie ip phone)..... However, when two parties are from pstn and one party is from my CUCM ip phone network .. Conference calls

get disconnected ... Another observation is .. If two parties are from cucm ip phone  and one party is from PSTN ... on pressing

conference button.. the PSTN gets disconnected .. the other two ip phones are not disconnected ...

To Summarise .. PSTN connections are having disconnection issues with conferencing while CUCM registered phones dont...

My Voice gateway to PSTN is Cisco 3845 router.  The IOS version is "c3845-ipvoicek9-mz.124-11.XW9.bin"

CUCM CFB only supports G711.

Many of the VOIP DPs you have are using the default codec which is G729.

Make sure the call legs and your configuration is set to G711

Thanks Dear

I added manually the 711ulaw codecs as advised and now the conference does not get disconnected.

Thank You so much.
