Hi Friends,

I am getting strange problem, we have AP 1130AG(lwapp)+ WLC + AAA, user successfully authenticated but not able to get IP address from dhcp, I come to know from WLC that user is excluded and WLC gives the reason "Exclusion Reason 802.11 Assoc Failure". I manually removed but as soon as user try to connect it comes in excluded list. what could be the problem? how to remove user permanently from exclude list?

I found : NAC state : invalid

Other users have NAC State : Access

Please help me.

I found a solution that I disabled Client Exclusion on controller (WLANS -> Campus(SSID) -> Advanced.

Now, user do not getting excuded, But want to know is there any issue by disabling Client Exclusion?
