Hi

See this post : https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/1044177#1044177

It describes how to use cet to set the appadmin setup wizard back to FRESH_INSTALL state which allows you to rerun the appadmin setup.

It doesn't clear out the scripts/apps/prompts or any other settings, it's principally to recover admin access and so on.

If you actually want to clear out all data, the only real way is to flatten the box (or just go through each admin page and delete things, and perhaps purge the historical data).

Regards

Aaron

Don't forget to clear out any ports and users that were auto-created in CUCM as well.  Can't have those there when you start the setup wizard or the rmcm wizard.
