Multi dialer

Dear All

We have just installed a second dialer. After doing all the configuration in our BADialer Process it shows this

[ports C:95 R:44 B:0 ][MR-A]

Can anyone please explain why the 51 ports are not registering.


In a multi dialer environment how are campaigns distributed among 2 dialers??

There could be a number of reasons the ports aren't registering. Best bet will be to check the badialer process logs and see what it is complaining about.

Assuming both dialers are associated to the same agent PG, the dialers will automatically split the load in half, each dialer will handle half of the agent capacity for each skill group associated to the campaign.

The phones that were imported all are registered in the Call Manager and we still have 100+ DLUs remaining. So i guess its not a DLU issue also i tested and saw that it is distributing calls among the 2 dialers.
