This is a horribly broad/nebulous question.

Are there demands for cheap anything? Yes.

Are there demands for IVR and/or ACD integrations with CME? Yes.

What product options exist currently? Cisco provides a Contact Center Express integration or a TCL script called B-ACD.
B-ACD provides a simple menu with ACD queue while CCX provides a very robust IVR and ACD implementation.
