Outbound Dialer-Predective Mode

Hi All,

Outbound Dialer-Predective Mode, is there any possibility to reseve the agent only if the outbound call is successful (human answer) other wise the system continue dialing without resiving the agent

That is the whole purpose of predictive mode.........the call is

connected to an agent only after a human voice is heard at the other end.......unlike in 'preview mode' where the call is offered to an agent first and then is dialed out.

Predictive - Outbound call to customer made first........and connected to an agent only after human voice is heard

Preview - The call is offered to agent and then outbound call is made.
