I am pretty new to IPCC express, and especially the Supervisor Desktop. Is it possible to change or add to the information that shows up on the Supervisor Desktop?
Specifically, I have a request from one of my call center supervisors to be able to see the Service Level stats for the CSQ's.
I haven't found anything on it. Would I be correct in suggesting that they use the Realtime Reporting Tool to look more in-depth at stats?
