Lost CDR records in CUCM 6.1.3

Hi, frends

I have a problem, and I hope someone can help me.

The last week the billing server was restarted, and the application of the FTP server was turnned off, remained idle for a week. The last Monday I turned on the FTP services again to recover CDR files; but the Call Manager did not send the CDR files from the week  was inactive FTP server.

Any reason why that may have lost the files??

I have this problem too.

This problem had happended before, the FTP server had been inactive for a month, and when I enable the service again, I could recover the full month´s  CDR files

The CUCM is configured tl delete the CDR file after 30 days.

Why may have changed the benhavior??
