We are operating with a cluster of three Callmanager 4.1.3 servers.
I have the all CDs paackage of Callmanager 4.1.3.
My question is : Is Cisco Unity a separate product I have to order, or is it shiped automatically with Callmanager ?
Yes, different product. Different specialized hardware and software requirements. In any case, I would highly recommend looking towards Unity Connection as a first option depending upon your requirements.
