Hi ,
can we terminate MPLS VPN link on a UTM.I have seen some UTM supporting Dynamic routing protocl /load balancing etc..

Yes
The MPLS link provided by the carrier would just be the last mile and can be terminated on any routing device. Its just that the device where you are terminating the link should be capable to exchange routes with the carrier and your internal network which could be achieved either by using Static or dynamic routing protocols

MPLS VPN is the service that provided by SP , But at last mile it won't change any things.
SP can give you Ethernet , ATM or Serial as a last mile ,But for Customer it is same as normal link.
So you can terminate MPLS VPN link on any L3 device that perform routing.
