Does anybody know if on the SUP6-E IOS 12.2.(5X) there is a feature similar to the Cat3750Provisioning, so that you can pre-assign linecard/slot even without having linecards installed and being able to preconfigure the switch?
I cannot 100% say that but news is that a new supervisor in 4500 product family is coming into the market and with 6k vss already supporting proviosioning in VSS there is a possibility that Cisco will come up with the same feature on 4500 series switches.
