Cannot Import Users from Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.x

Dear Experts,


I had problem with importing new users in Cisco Unified Communications.

Step below is what I did:

1. Create 02 new users

2. Go to Cisco Unity Connection Administration > Import users

3. Import selected users

4. get error:

message  Importing users completed. Number of successes: 0, Number of failures: 2

message  Download the Errors File


And here is content from Errors File:

Thursday, July 22, 2010 5:26:01 PM GMT+07:00 ERROR importing user (AnTranThi) with extension = 214 : {0}
Thursday, July 22, 2010 5:26:01 PM GMT+07:00 ERROR importing user (KhoaTran) with extension = 135 : {0}


The problem was happened from last month but I could not find solution.

but can't solve problem because my problem is not same.


Could you please check attached file and advise me solution?

I have a similar problem, only the tab with the Cisco Unified Communications Manager AXL servers option  is disabled or appear disabled in CUC. any idea what might be going on, I checked  that the service relates to AXL is on and running in CUCM and CUC.
