SNR with EFA

I have configured SNR and EFA feature, everything works well except that

I cannot disable mobile connect from my mobile phone(my mobile phone is in RDP).

My mobile phone can use 2 stages dialing by pressing PIN#1#number to dial# it works.

But when I tried to disable mobile connect by pressing PIN#3# and end call it doesn't works.

I'm not sure what is the cause of this problem, someone please help me.

I found a known issue internally where this would fail, but it's only fixed in test builds.  I would suggest opening a TAC Service Request  to look into this further to see if the fix can be put into earlier versions.
