Hi,

Can you please advice me the cisco works LMS 3.2 can detect the interface utilization, link up/down, and TCN BPDU (topology changes) for  non-cisco devices is possible ? Thanks

LMS 3.2 can monitor link utilization for non-Cisco devices using the Health and Utilization Monitor add-on.  This add-on ships with LMS, but is licensed separately.  As for monitoring link up and down and TCN, this is not supported.  LMS is designed to manage Cisco devices only.
