IPCC Enterprise 7.2 Problem with Outband Dialer

I have strange problem with outband dialer. It calls couple of times to one number. After first call agent speaks with the client and dialer need to stop calling to him. After one hour dialer calls to the same client. In CDR of call manager the reason code for disconnect is 10(normal call clearing).

Could you advice how to debug this problem?

have u tried this by uploading ur test numbers.i faced this issue once , after troubleshooting found that customer uploaded number twice or thrice.so i deleted the DL table for that campaign then uploaded number once . issue solved
