ISDN BRI outgoing/incoming call problem

Hi

I have the following setup:

Cisco 2621XM with NM-HD-2V and VIC2-2BRI-NT-TE

IOS 12.4(4)T

CallManager Express 3.3

2x ISDN NT connected to PSTN via BRI (in port 0).

I'm trying to achieve the following:

Outgoing calls work if dialed from phones

Incoming calls come in on hunt group (MSN numbers 4959 and 4283).

At present this is what I'm getting:

Just to add - internals calls are working fine.
