Hello
we have callmgr 6.1.
the last week we have seen the CDR scheduler service restarting around 00:30 each morning.
the RTMT alert page shows nothing but the control center shows the new service start time.
Our scheduler is set for continuous loading.
Anyone seen this before?

Hey Rob!
Check if you are running a scheduled backup for the call manager at that time, coz if u r, the car schedular services to restart during the backup process.
I think this should answer ur question.
