Hello,
My question is in regards to BLF behavior on the SPA500 series phones running firmware version 7.4.3.
The phones are registered to the UC560 via SCCP.
Behavior:
When BLF is configured via CCA 2.2.4 for WATCH or MONITOR, the tri-color buttons are un-lit when the watched/monitored line/phone is not in use. When the watched/monitored line/phone goes off-hook the tri-color button displays red.
Question:
Can SPA phones (fw ver. 7.4.3) registered to the UC560 (8.0.2) via SCCP have their tri-color buttons do the following?
Be GREEN = line is registered. (This includes the phone's own lines)
Be ORANGE = watched/monitored line registation error
Be blinking RED = watched/monitored line ringing
Be solid RED = watched/monitored line in use
NOTE: This requested behavior matches SPA500 phones running 7.4.4 and SIP registered to 3rd party Softswitch.
Thanks for your time.

I just spoke w/ our BU and currently this is not possible when the phone is registered using SCCP.
