A RV-082 dual-WAN router we installed has been unable to pull a DHCP address from a cable modem. We found out today that it cannot even pull an address from another Cisco router we connected to it as a test. We have it configured in 'fallback' mode, with the primary WAN connection made to an ADSL modem, which is now the only internet connection owing to this problem. We have tried using a flip cable, a switch in between the RV082 and the modem or other router, all without success. Any assistance in diagnosing this problem before we make a warranty claim would be most appreciated.
