UCCE Outbound Options: System is utilizing less number of IVR ports

Hi All,

I'm facing an issue with Cisco Outbound Options integrated with UCCE v7.2 along with CCM4.2 and CVP3.1.

I have configured an outbound campaign and set 'Number of IVR Ports' to 60 as I want to dedicate two E1 for dialing out. I have 135 telephony ports configured and mapped with two Dialers also same numbers of VIP 30 ports on CCM.

But when the campaign starts I can see only 5/6 or 7 calls active on CVP (as queue and transfer mode only). Even I have checked from VBAdmin, it has utilized only 7 IVR ports at max till the campaign starts and finishes dialing.

Am I missing something? I want to upload millions of number and want to dedicate 2E1 for dialing out with 20seconds media only so that it can finish the campaign soon, but now I think may be I wouldn't keep my promise with customers. I'm really puzzled out what I am missing.

Any help/document/guideline would be really appreciated.
