Installed applications: Cisco CUCM 7.1.3 and UCCX 7.0.1 R5
i have working 30 agents using the CAD, but i have an issue with two agents, sometimes they hold in talking state and they have to close the CAD an open it again to keep working.
I don´t think that the issue is of the entire platform maybe something installed in their computers.
