Call Manager 4 - CDR are automatically purged

Hi,

I have an issue with a CM4.0 Call Detail Records. I have set the Automatic Purge to delete records that are older than 60 days. However, when I query the SQL database and check CDR from GUI, the oldest record available is only 30 days ago. Any records older than 30 days seemed to be automatically deleted.

Did I miss some parameters that I need to set?

Not sure but you might have a high water mark set for disk space ,so it will keep CDR`s for 60 days or untill the high water mark is reached ,whichever comes first

Can`t remember anymore .. i will scratch around and see if i can find any links on the net. If my memory serves me ,i think it was in the SQL DB Admin somewhere ... Will let you know

Have you set the Max CDR Records Value under Service Parameters ,Cisco Database Layer Monitor ?
