I try to get the time in queue of the call and push the call to voice mail number.
The scenario is:
1. call coming
2. all agent busy
3. call comes to queuing with a queuing music ( the song is 3 minute)
I want to check the call if it is in queue for 40 seconds, I will push it to voice mail (a label will return). But the problem with me is:
1. The IF node for Call.TimeInQueue check is not interuptible. It will check the time in queue only if the queuing music end up.
How can I interupt the call with time in queue is 40s? I think about decrease the queuing music time to 40s but it is not the good idea because later customer will manage to change to 20s or 30s.
