Cisco agent in Citrix - touch tones won't work

Have anyone seen this issue?

We are using Cisco IP Communicator v7.0.3.0, use Citrix and Cisco agent in Citrix to handle calls (see attached files)

The Citrix are installed on Windows 2008 servers with XenApp 5.0 . 2008 patched to SP2. Cisco agent should be latest version.

The Cisco IP communicator touch tones outside Citrix works fine, but the touch tones from the Cisco agent in Citrix won't work or sometimes it works.

I have this problem too.
