Automatically record all Calls UCCX 5.2

My customer would like me to record all inbound and outbound calls. I have the inbound handled throught a workflow, however the only option I can find for outbound is creating a macro and button on the CAD? Does anyone have an idea on how to recourd outbound calls automatically? Additionally I am going to be upgrading to either 7.X or 8.X, will this help or hurt?
