Are other phones registered to the spa9000?
Are you able to ping the ip address of that spa502?
Does the spa9000 installation wizard find other phones but not that spa502?

I have the same problem, I have a spa9000 with SPA400, Linksys ip phone SPA942 and cisco ip phone spa 502G.
The wizar can see the mac address of linksys ip phone but the cisco spa 502G are not finded for the wizard. they are registered with
an extension but I can not register the phone trought the wizard.
I have another problem with the voice mail, when I call to an ip phone cisco SPA502G the voice mail does not work, I don`t hear
the voice mail message to say me it extension is not available or busy and the call finished.
I hope you can help me

Hey Azariel,
Follow this link to the beta spa9000 wizard, it will allow you to find the new spa500 series phones.

Thanks for the answer, I used that version of wizard v.2.1.0.0 to install spa9000 and spa400 and it doesn`t find the cisco ip phone spa502G.
I tried again with the link you sended me and the result it`s the same,
