IPCCE 7.5 Outbound Option - Call to the Customer dose not initiate

I am trying to setup an agentbased outbound campagin. After configuring the dialer, agents are being reserved with the call landed on the agent IPT.

After reserving the agent dialer could not connect to the customer number. I have checked monitoring in the dialpeer on VG but found not calls are coming from cucm (dialer) to VG.  can any body help me out to solve the problem.


I have this problem too.
