Can anyone point me in the right direction to trace the Locations. I have a centralized call manager 6.1 with multiple branches. The calls between the branches are controlled via the Location mechanism. I can monitor each branch bandwidth available and calls in progress via Real Time Monitor. From this I can see multiple calls on one of the branches but dont know whats using this bandwidth. What trace can I run to see what device is clocking up the Location count.

CUCM detailed traces have this info, they will show the allocation/de-allocation for each call as it's made or someone hangs the call. It will show how much BW is allocated and how much is left available.

The info is there, make sure you're gathering DETAILED traces.
Search for location or for the name of the location within the trace
