CUCIMOC disable "Active Conversations" window?

I am testing the CUCIMOC before rolling out.  Some of the feedback is related to the active conversation window.  Many users do not like the pop up window to display when they are making/recieving calls.

Can this be disabled?


I have this problem too.

Currently that cannot be disabled. There is currently an Enhancement request to have that addressed. The ID is CSCte38012. Currently there is no indication that this will be included in future release.

You could reach out to Cisco Account team to further request enhancement be placed in future version.
